# OperatorIQ OperatorIQ is the work of Christine Johnson, a five-year founder in AI and quantum software. She is the founder of Ingenii, an AI and quantum incubator currently commercializing several research projects into independent ventures, and built the OperatorIQ Blueprints from the operational stack she needed to run that layer across the incubator's portfolio. She is explicit that she is not an engineer; she is a commercial and product leader. Prior to Ingenii she was Head of Commercial at Hentsu, a cloud-computing consulting firm serving hedge funds, where she packaged the team's software into recurring-revenue motions. That packaging-and-commercialization pattern is the through-line behind everything OperatorIQ ships. Each Blueprint is the architecture she runs today across Ingenii's ventures, packaged so other founders can save the same amount of iteration she already paid for. The Blueprints don't remove the need to fine-tune for your business; they remove the foundational iteration cycle that costs weeks. Five-year founder in software, AI and quantum focus. Ingenii is an incubator: the research surfaces ideas that turn into independent ventures, and the OperatorIQ Blueprints are the operational layer those ventures run on. Prior Head of Commercial at Hentsu (cloud computing for hedge funds), where she ran the services-to-software transition. Explicit non-engineer commercial leader identity, which is the differentiator from the rest of the AI-blueprint space, which is dominated by engineers writing for engineers. The /about page covers her founding history, the prior role's packaging-for-recurring-revenue work, the trigger for OperatorIQ (operational layer needed to work across multiple incubator ventures, then packaged for other founders facing the same problem), her actual stack today with cost numbers around $250/month all-in, and what's coming next: the Content Marketing Blueprint, the Obsidian Second Brain Blueprint, an AI-run trading system, and the broader thesis that OperatorIQ is one piece of an agentic-systems portfolio Ingenii runs on.
